They did basic service charge high price. Nice people but not worth 45$ pedicures. I'm stick with my old nail tech. I was in a hurry when I came .

I've been here once, but I did not like the process of the services, or the results. What I didn't like about the process is they were harsh with my hands and nails, the way they were grabbing my fingers and scraping my nails was not a pleasant feeling at all. What I didn't like about the results is that it did not look nothing like the picture I showed them (which were ombré nails) it looked like two separate colors, instead of a natural blend in the middle. Also, I was very concerned with their sanitary precautions...

Went to this location 10/5/2022 at 11:45am I walked in the door was greeted by the owner. I asked for a fill & color change on feet. Was asked do I want a pedicure, I responded no. I was then told no one was there come back later. There are to many nail shops in Desoto and surrounding areas for me to be pressed over what I consider poor customer service.

Came for a simple soak off, the lady said " oh they're very long " so that was a first red flag, second she cut so far down on my middle finger that she cut my nail bed and proceeded to cut them off after i kept emphasizing a soak off, they have no idea what they're doing i'm suprised they're not out of buissness.

Came her yesterday to get a gel mani & pedi. I didn't like how they didn't have the prices listed. This place looks really old on the inside . After she did my feel she put water on the tools she used & placed them back in her kit. I guess to be reused this grossed me out, so obviously I won't be back. Also they said pedicures are either 30 , 45, or 65 no paper showing you the differences . My total ended up being $105 which was too high considering this wasn't a high end place. PS it's rude to touch someone's purse. Won't be back again.
