New Jersey Institute of Technology Reviews

Rating 4 out of 5
NJIT was an invaluable experience that challenged me academically while facilitating personal growth. The rigorous curriculum and brilliant professors pushed me to sharpen my problem-solving abilities and develop a deep understanding of complex concepts. I recall working alongside classmates on collaborative projects that not only reinforced technical skills but also honed teamwork and communication. Outside the classroom, I immersed myself in student organizations like the Google dev student club, gaining hands-on experience through hackathons and networking events. These extracurriculars exposed me to diverse perspectives and taught me leadership skills that have proven invaluable in my career.
While the dining options and some facilities could use upgrades, NJIT provided a supportive atmosphere for holistic development. The technical expertise, critical thinking abilities, and interpersonal skills I cultivated have laid a solid foundation for success in my professional endeavors.

My experience with NJIT as a freshman has been good. At first I was afraid because the universities in my hometown are different. However, NJIT has welcomed me very well. I like the diversity that is reflected through the students and teachers. The atmosphere is very happy, there are many organizations you can join. The teachers are friendly and always help you if you are confused. The facilities are always clean and there are several accesses to help students such as the library and the writing and math centers.

I believe that NJIT is very school, especially for science and technology majors. I work a lot with 3D printing and drawing which is very interesting. There are always different events every day on the campus which get a lot of students engaged at night. We have a very good tutoring center that helps us in every subject. Before exams, different events are set up as study sessions for us. Overall I think we have a very good learning program and good engagement among students.
